By completing a booking or purchasing a service on www.wagallywalk.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Identity & Operations
Wagallywalk is an independently owned and operated service brand managed directly by its founding team in Canada. We provide bespoke remote reservations and localized in-home pet care scheduling exclusively for clients located across the United States and Europe.
2. One-Time Sales Model & Non-Physical Service Fulfillment
One-Time Purchase Model: All services, service passes, or pet sitting reservations offered on our platform represent individual, one-time transactions. We do not operate recurring charges, automatic renewals, or subscription models without explicit consent.
Digital & Service Fulfillment (No Physical Shipping): Our offerings consist strictly of customized pet care service allocations and scheduling confirmations. No physical products are shipped, and no postal logistics tracking numbers are issued. Fulfillment is executed electronically via direct schedule booking logs, digital service confirmation passes, and instant email records.
3. Digital Delivery & European Consumer Notice (Right of Withdrawal)
Upon completion of checkout, our automated system immediately initiates scheduling allocation, calendar locking, and caregiver coordination.
EU & UK Statutory Consumer Notice: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, specific exemptions apply to digital service fulfillment and time-specific booking allocations. By completing your order, you explicitly request and consent to the immediate performance of the contract upon purchase, and acknowledge that you forfeit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once calendar locking and service allocation have commenced.
4. Payments & Secure Processing
Authorized Processor (Stripe): All checkout transactions are securely processed through our primary third-party payment gateway, Stripe, Inc.
Security Standards: We never directly store, transmit, or process sensitive credit card numbers on our servers. Financial data is encrypted using PCI-DSS Level 1 Security Standards provided by Stripe.
Currency: Transactions are billed in USD ($) or EUR (€) as clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations, Modifications & Refund Policy
Because our localized service requires reserving dedicated time windows and caregivers:
Client Cancellations (48+ Hours): Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time are eligible for a 100% full refund back to the original payment method. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours): Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a processing and scheduling fee of up to 100% of the booking value.
Service Non-Fulfillment: In the rare event that Wagallywalk cannot fulfill a confirmed booking due to severe weather, safety emergencies, or unforeseen operational issues, a 100% full refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment account.
Because our services are rendered digitally and in person without physical postal shipping documentation:
Digital Evidence Records: Full digital proof of purchase, IP timestamps, device info, email confirmation logs, and service delivery records are generated for every completed transaction.
Fraud Investigation: In the event of an unauthorized transaction claim or payment dispute, this complete digital audit trail will be submitted directly to card issuers (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and Stripe to substantiate service delivery.
Direct Resolution First: We strongly encourage clients to reach out to our support team at service@wagallywalk.com prior to filing a dispute with their card issuer so we can address and resolve any billing concerns directly.
7. Data Privacy Protection
Your personal details and pet information are handled strictly in compliance with European Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and applicable US federal and state privacy statutes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for detailed information on data collection and rights.
